Basic Product Care
Unpacking and moving
- Inspect the outer carton before discarding it and keep the shipping label until the product has been checked.
- Heavy products should be lifted and supported carefully. Do not pull or carry a product by the head, fingers or other small areas.
Cleaning
- Use only cleaners and lubricants confirmed as compatible with the product material.
- Follow the material-specific instructions supplied with the product.
- Allow the surface to dry fully before storage.
Surface and makeup
- Keep the product away from sharp objects, excessive heat and strongly dyed fabrics.
- TPE facial makeup is painted and may gradually rub, fade or wear during normal use; this is not treated as a manufacturing defect.
Skeleton and posing
- Do not force a joint beyond its supported range.
- Use the applicable instruction manual as the limit for posing and movement.
Storage
- Store clean, dry and away from direct sunlight or heat.
- Use only material-compatible powder or protective products.
