Who can use this store?
Aetheris X is intended only for adults aged 18 or older who are legally permitted to purchase adult products in their location.
Where do you deliver?
We currently serve eligible United States addresses. Delivery is not available to Alaska (AK) or Hawaii (HI). Availability for territories, APO/FPO and other special address types must be confirmed before launch.
How long does delivery take?
Stocked warehouse items are generally estimated to arrive in 3–10 days after dispatch. Carrier, weather and address issues may affect timing.
Can a remote-area fee apply?
Yes. Some destinations may require an additional shipping charge after the full delivery address is checked.
Can I visit or collect from the warehouse?
No. The third-party warehouse only stores and dispatches goods. Pickup, visits, demonstrations and cash on delivery are not supported.
Are warehouse-specific photos available?
Overseas-warehouse goods are prepacked, so warehouse-specific photos and videos are normally unavailable. Product media is supplied by the manufacturer.
How do I choose a face?
Available faces must be matched to compatible body heights. Each product page will show only the combinations intended for that SKU.
Is signature service available?
US warehouse orders can add signature service for US$5. This can provide stronger delivery evidence for a parcel reported as delivered but not received.
What should I do if the parcel is damaged?
Keep the packaging and contact support promptly. Photos of the outer carton, shipping label and damaged product will be required.
Can I return an intimate product because I changed my mind?
No. Intimate personal products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Suspected quality issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
